The Absolute Beginning
This site is going to contain my own personal saga to lose weight. Over the years I've found there to be so much absolute JUNK out there, that I'm determined to forge a new road.
I'm determined to do things differently, and this blog will give me extra incentive to get done what I claim.
If I don't, there's a whole internet full of people to let me know I'm dropping the ball.
I'll be posting research results, health news, and my own personal story, right here on this site.
